Day 10:Weigh In

Ok you guys,Im back i have been MIA for a little bit,but still working on this diet.Yesterday was the last day of detox,this morning you should have weighed in.My total weight loss for the week.....da da da da daaaaaaahhh 7lbs..Yay.

Day 4..UGHHH

Hey you guys so its Day 4,and im starting to miss meat..lol.But imma be ok we have 5 more days left in Detox.After Detox is over i will post some additional foods that can be added to the diet,like meat..yay!Anyway on this program your suppose to atleast workout 5 days a week for 30 mins.I know some of you guys hate working out but a workout i do enjoy is Zumba.Burns LOADS of calories and fun at the same time.Depending on your weight a person at 150lbs can burn 320 calories doing zumba for 30 mins.The more you weigh the more calories you burn.I been to a Zumba class once but mainly i Zumba on my wii fit.You guys should try it ok,Good Luck!

Day 3

Hey you guys so its day 3,and i feel like im losing some weight here.Day 10 will be nest Tuesday and i cant wait to eat some chicken..lol.But anyways i hope that you guys are doing well on this detox period,i know it can be rough but you guys can do it.Yesterday was my sis first day at the gym with me ,and she was beat on the bicycle,i programmed it for weight loss and she was so tired,but we made it.We have 6 more days to go guys i cant wait for the big weigh in,we are going to see results.Happy Dieting!

Day 2

Hey you guys its day 2 and im feeling good.I am so determined to get this weight off.Hopefully later i can make it to the gym but in the mean time i think im going to do some Wii Fit.I also challenge you guys to find an outfit in a size smaller than what you wear now,and push towards fitting that outfit.I know i found a couple dresses im trying to get into by the end of next month for my birthday.Oh and i so forgot to tell you my goal is to lose 30lbs..trying to get back to my size before gaining that pregnancy weight.Good luck guys..HAPPY DIETING!

Day 1 Almost Over

Im not going to lie you guys today was super hard,but i made it most of the day.Its about 6:52pm now i just ate dinner,which consist of red beans,brown rice,and green peppers.I went to the market this morning and got some yogurt and bananas,i was trying not to eye that chocolate at checkout..lol.I feel good but i need to get some more fruit more variety.Good luck guys see ya tomorrow

Ok you guys its day 1 of the Fat Smash Diet,I woke up went to the gym for an hour and a half,came home ate some Oatmeal,feeling good trying to keep motivated.I am going to post a before picture,I took this picture a couple days ago.At the end of this month i will post another picture of my progress..Happy Dieting!

Hey You Guys..New Blog Are You Ready?

Hey Everyone,I just started a new blog on my diet i will be starting tomorrow bright and early.Its called "The Fat Smash Diet" as you see below:
So this diet consist of different phases,the first being Phase 1:Detox.Sounds scary i know...lol!But not so much.This Phase last 9 days.Start by weighing yourself NUDE or in a bathing suit,clothes add weight you know.DONT WEIGH YOURSELF AGAIN TIL DAY 10!You can eat as much fruit and veggies as you want during these 10 days.Foods are only to be eaten Raw,grilled,or steamed.The following things below are what you can eat:
~all fruit and veggies any quantity
~chickpeas,beans,tofu,lentils
~2 cups of brown rice
~2 cups of low fat soy or skim milk
~as much water as you like
~1 cup of oatmeal
~all herbs and spices
~6oz low fat yogurt 2x per day
~4 egg whites
~2 cups of herbal tea
Do atleast 30 mins of excercise 5 days a week
