Hey you guys so its Day 4,and im starting to miss meat..lol.But imma be ok we have 5 more days left in Detox.After Detox is over i will post some additional foods that can be added to the diet,like meat..yay!Anyway on this program your suppose to atleast workout 5 days a week for 30 mins.I know some of you guys hate working out but a workout i do enjoy is Zumba.Burns LOADS of calories and fun at the same time.Depending on your weight a person at 150lbs can burn 320 calories doing zumba for 30 mins.The more you weigh the more calories you burn.I been to a Zumba class once but mainly i Zumba on my wii fit.You guys should try it ok,Good Luck!
