So this diet consist of different phases,the first being Phase 1:Detox.Sounds scary i know...lol!But not so much.This Phase last 9 days.Start by weighing yourself NUDE or in a bathing suit,clothes add weight you know.DONT WEIGH YOURSELF AGAIN TIL DAY 10!You can eat as much fruit and veggies as you want during these 10 days.Foods are only to be eaten Raw,grilled,or steamed.The following things below are what you can eat:
~all fruit and veggies any quantity
~chickpeas,beans,tofu,lentils
~2 cups of brown rice
~2 cups of low fat soy or skim milk
~as much water as you like
~1 cup of oatmeal
~all herbs and spices
~6oz low fat yogurt 2x per day
~4 egg whites
~2 cups of herbal tea
Do atleast 30 mins of excercise 5 days a week
